My heater went out this time. I have had multiple events (Flooding, lightening strike, etc) which warranted visits from Daniel (The installer). Each time he has been out to assess the problem within a short period of time (same or next day). His work is always thorough, and he will take the time to explain the issue and potential options. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Love this company!! Turns out I didn't have a problem with my thermostat, which is what I called about, but an electrical issue. Daniel made a call and got the name of an electrician for me, which will be repaired tomorrow. Thanks again!

I cannot believe the time Daniel spent trying to figure out the problem with my a/c. I haven't had this kind of service in several years. It's a perplexing problem and may be as simple as the thermostat malfunctioning. We are waiting to hear back from the tech at Rheem to see if this is the issue. However, I want to thank you so much!! I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Daniel came in his time frame and was able to fix the problem. He also was very thorough with what he fixed. He also took upon himself to trouble shoot the system for any other problems with my a/c unit. Letting me know that there are other parts that needs replaced, but didn't need to been done at this time. And when come back if anything else went wrong.

downstairs main system not working All mechanical components good, added 5 lbs of freon and leak seal to unit all good at this time. Watch and advise
7/16-Diagnosis finds bad control board. 7/18-H/o advised water lekaed onto coiling of kitchen and clearned drain line himself. IN process water may have shorted board out. Test of system finds shorted out control board although it cannot be determined when it occurred. Return trip to install board today from Nordyne parts. Board has 1 year part warranty (2 year warranty board declined). Rewired new board and tested system. System shuts on/off at thermostat and heating components are no longer running during a call for cool as it was before. Ac freon levels perfect, all ok at this time.

System check - All components good at this time superheat perfect. Purchased plan for winter
Unit wasn't working, shut off and is now working, but wants system checked regardless. Ac tune up. Thermostat within 2°.Filter clean, No ice on txv coil, no water in overflow pan. Drain line clear and draining. Chemically cleaned outdoor ac unit. Test of mechanical components finds them all within their normal ranges. Freon levels perfect. Cleaned and tightened txv in attic. All okaybat this time.
Test of system finds indoor coil dirty, but not very accessible. Chemically cleaned outdoor coil which brought temp down in its expected range. Freon levels checked. Low superheat on this system indicates an overcharge of freon. Recovered 1/2 lb freon from system. Test of indoor airflow finds system running with a perfect 58° outlet temp based on indoor temp and humidity. Watch and advise now that we have a correct baseline set.
Test of system finds indoor piston type coil with no ice on it, no water in overflow pan, drain line draining. High superheat indicates system running low on freon. Tested system, Added 1 lb R22 freon to system. Freon levels perfect.
Replaced bad dual capacitor and tested operation. Fan motor still running with high amps. Watch and advise as it may need replaced. qualify's for Energy Saver discount
6/12 - Test indicate control board bad, drops out Replaced float switch Waiting on authorization from warranty company All other components good at this time 6/14 - Previous service call diagnosed bad control board. Replaced and tested. Freon levels perfect. All okay at this time.
Test of two systems for AC tuneup. Back side air conditioning unit wired incorrectly, corrected wiring in unit is working perfectly. Right side air conditioner low on Freon added 2 1/2 pounds of Freon. Unit working perfectly now. All OK at this time.
Found shorted wire at outdoor unit. Repaired and tested operation. Freon levels perfect. All okay at this time.
6/2- indoor coil frozen, need to return once thawed. 6/5- Added 2 lbs Freon plus leak search.
2x Ac tune ups. Added algae tabs to drain lines,Filters okay. Indoor coils okay. Thermostats within 1°F. Cleaned outdoor ac coils. Tested left side Kitchen system, System needs 1-2 lbs R410a freon. Outdoor fan motor starting to run slightly higher amps. Be aware this may fail in the future. All other mechanical components within their normal ranges. Tested right side master bedroom system. Readings indicate freon is perfect. Start capacitor right on verge of needing replaced, price provided. All other mechanical components within their normal ranges.
5/31- Test of system finds drain line clogged. No ice on coil. Cleared drain line. New overflow pan with rubber interior coating cost provided. Outdoor unit voltage absorption cap weak. Replaced and tested. Unit working perfectly at this time. 6/2 - Replaced original metal overflow pan with new rubber coated secondary pan and attached emergency drain line to pan. All okay at this time.
Test of system finds overflow sensor needing adjustment. Adjusted and tested operation. Freon levels cannot be checked due to it raining outside. However, delta at 16° and running perfectly. All okay at this time.
